Joe Martin has served as an owner of High West Resources, Ltd since 2011. Prior to founding High West Resources, Joe worked as a Surface Land Negotiator for Noble Energy from 2008 to 2011 in the DJ Basin. He started his career as a contract Landman from 2006 to 2008, focusing on projects in Utah, Montana and North Dakota. Joe has leadership experience in all facets of Field Land Work, including managing highly competitive leasing projects, running leasehold on Federal/State leases in difficult HBP areas, organizing large due diligence projects, leasehold checks, preparing easements and helping prepare unit exhibits, among other responsibilities. Joe is a graduate of Xavier University with a Joint Degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies (B.A.).
